Development

My development activities are characterized by working on laser-based optical systems. I can draw on extensive experience in the field of laser lithography in terms of high-resolution and highly dynamic measurement systems, actuators, detection and calibration methods and error estimation. In the field of high-power ultrashort pulse lasers, this is supplemented by intensive examination of the detection and analysis of pulsed optical signals, with complex requirements regarding the synchronization of electronic and optical processes and with the boundary conditions resulting from the respective use cases. What they all have in common is the constant consideration of external interference and their best possible elimination. For examples of concrete implementations, please visit my project page. Optics / laser technology / optical measurement technology:
  • Development of tailor-made detection and measurement methods
